Return & Refund Policy – Credit Hero Solutions, LLC

At Credit Hero Solutions, LLC, we stand firmly behind the quality and integrity of our credit repair services. Client satisfaction and timely results are our top priorities.

Our 60-Day Service Guarantee:
If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in your client onboarding agreement within 60 days, and all requested documentation and access were provided on time by you, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the scope of services completed.

Refund Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• You have completed the full onboarding process and submitted all required documentation within 5 business days of enrollment.

• You have not missed any scheduled client check-ins or failed to respond to communication necessary for dispute processing.

• No disputes or delays were caused by third-party reporting agencies or external institutions outside of our control (i.e., Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, or creditors).

Non-Refundable Situations:

• If the client delays or fails to complete onboarding within the stated timeframe.

• If progress was delayed due to non-compliance with the program (e.g., missed steps, non-response, freezing accounts after disputes begin, etc.).

• If the client received partial service, a prorated refund may be considered.

To request a refund, please email support@creditherosolutions.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Full Name]. Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days and respond with the next steps.
