    Our 60-Day Service Guarantee:
    If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in your client onboarding agreement within 60 days, and all requested documentation and access were provided on time by you, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the scope of services completed.

    Refund Eligibility Requirements:
    To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • You have completed the full onboarding process and submitted all required documentation within 5 business days of enrollment.

    • You have not missed any scheduled client check-ins or failed to respond to communication necessary for dispute processing.

    • No disputes or delays were caused by third-party reporting agencies or external institutions outside of our control (i.e., Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, or creditors).

    Non-Refundable Situations:

    • If the client delays or fails to complete onboarding within the stated timeframe.

    • If progress was delayed due to non-compliance with the program (e.g., missed steps, non-response, freezing accounts after disputes begin, etc.).

    • If the client received partial service, a prorated refund may be considered.
